At this point in the construction process, 1259 W. Adams appears to be falling short of the attractive rendering we showed you this summer. We hate to judge an unfinished project, but it looks like the bank of windows on the far left don’t stretch as widely as we imagined, and even the balconies look less deep. Still, this is one of the more stylish small-scale projects we’ve seen going up in the West Loop. And with prices ranging from the $690s to the $850s, we’d expect buyers to be knee-deep in style. The five full-floor residences have more than 2,500 square feet, three bedrooms, two balconies and private rooftop space. Prices also include a garage parking space.
