We told you about ArmitEDGE, a 24-unit new-construction project in Logan Square, a while ago, and we’ve finally had a chance to check on its progress. We’re still waiting to see whether the roof gets finished off with the interesting cap we see in the rendering, but, all in all, there’s nothing particularly edgy about the building — except perhaps its name, which we’ve seen printed in a myriad different ways (ArmitEdge, The ArmitEdge with “The Armit” underlined, etc.). Atproperties recently took over marketing for New Chicago Real Estate, and the firm is pushing the ArMiTeDGe’s Bucktown location. With an address of 3021 W Armitage Ave, it seems it’s a long way from Bucktown, Toto. Two- and three-bedroom condos are priced from the $290s, and a sales center is located at 2854 W Armitage Ave.
