Construction is moving along on Edgewater Glen Condominiums, Lettvin Development Company‘s six-story brick building at 5858 N Broadway St. The project comprises 34 condos with one to three bedrooms, which last we checked were priced from the $250s to the $570s.
It’s one of a series of new developments on Broadway, which as we’ve mentioned can feel, at least in its Edgewater stretches, a bit like a freeway.
The shopping and eating, though, seem to be getting better and better – for example, the restaurant Broadway Cellars (pictured above right) is to the north, just across Rosedale Avenue at 5900 N Broadway St.
