We noticed on a recent drive-by that the new-construction condominium development at 4927 N Damen Ave, in Ravenswood, is shaping up quite nicely. The facade may look a bit more gap-toothed than intended, as the developer has yet to add the balcony guardrails or finish installing the windows, but it’s clear that the finished product will be a spot-on match of its rendering. The 15-unit development has condos with either two bedrooms and a den or three bedrooms, priced from the $410s to the $440s.
