Work in progress: Wabash Club brings townhomes, condos to Near South Side

The townhomes of The Wabash Club are under construction on the 2300 block of South Wabash Ave. The Dubin Residential development has a total of 62 three- or four-story townhomes with two bedrooms and a den, office, or media room. The development will also have 60 condos in a seven-story condo building with “soft-loft construction.” Condos have one or two bedrooms and prices from the $200s to the $290s; townhomes are priced from the $500s.
