The only thing “yesterday” about the three kitchens in this post is the day I visited and shot them.
All of the kitchens have the features that are currently in high demand by home buyers. They’re open to living space, and have an island, in-kitchen seating, stone countertops, a generous amount of cabinet and counter space, a gas range or cooktop, under-mount sinks, and appliance packages that become more elaborate as the price of the home increases.
The kitchen above is in a rowhouse model at Lexington Square in Bridgeport. Prices start in the $380s.
My second stop was in Bucktown, in a beautiful rendition of a 100-year old home that was built new 10 years ago. The home, at 1614 N Leavitt, is about to be listed at $1.85M with Joe Schiller of Berkshire Hathaway Koenig Rubloff.
I ended my day at a Noah Properties home across from Holstein Park in Bucktown. The home is listed at $3.2M with Melanie Giglio and Demetrius Simpson of Sergio & Banks.
Check back in a few days for full video tours of the homes.
