The 8-unit condo under construction at 2424 W Chicago Ave promises “a new way of living” and “luxury redefined.”

A Google search on “a new way of living” served up 14 million results, while “luxury redefined” yielded merely 86,600.

A quick look at the Finishes page at the development’s website indicates that the builder has a great deal of flexibility to redefine luxury, although a few of the specs are fairly specific, including the appliance package.

Unit 202, a 1,600 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bath, is listed at $390,000. The 1,700 square foot 3-bedroom, 2-bath Unit 301 is listed at $459,000. Unit 401, with 2,400 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths, is priced at $559,000.

The building is two blocks from Smith Park.
