Recently, we told you about The Lofts at 1800, a new loft conversion 1800 W Grace St in North Center. Over the weekend, we had a chance to get a look at the future site of the 91 one- and two-bedroom loft condos included in the project. Floor plans range from 850 to 2,500 square feet, but developer The Kopley Group has not finalized prices. The building once was home to a manufacturer of graduation caps and gowns, and it’s one of only a few loft conversions in North Center since the mid-’90s.
