That’s the southern face of The Elysian Hotel & Private Residences, going up at 11 E Walton Pl on the northern end of River North. Obviously this construction crew isn’t from Bridgeport.
I snapped a couple more shots of The Elysian from the corner of Delaware Place and State Street (bottom left) and Walton and Dearborn streets (bottom right). Mark reported in early September that eight of the tower’s half-floor residences are still for sale from just under $3 million to about $5 million, as well as 57 hotel condos priced from the low $600s to the $950s.
