A sales and design center for 1345 Wabash is open at 1620 S Michigan, also a CMK / B+L collaboration. The design center showcases CMK’s approach to 1345 Wabash: delight the value-conscious buyer with an unexpectedly high level of style and finishes. Visitors to the design center can get a first-hand look at brands they may have only encountered in upscale shelter magazines: Florense cabinetry, Duravit floating vanities, Grohe fixtures, TOTO toilets and TransCeramica architectural tile.
Construction is underway at 1345 Wabash, with occupancy slated to begin early next year.
