2 rowhome models open at Concord Jefferson Pk.

Concord Homes has opened two models at Concord at Jefferson Park, a new community of 29 single-family homes and 56 rowhomes at Lawrence and Lamon, in the Northwest Side neighborhood of Jefferson Park.

The two models showcase both tri-level rowhome floor plans available at the community. The rowhouses have three bedrooms, two full and two half baths, two-car garages and 2,200 square feet. Base prices start in the $390s.

“The wait is finally over for the hundreds of people on our interest list who’ve been anxious to see these models open,” said Roger Mankedick, executive vice president of Palatine-based Concord Homes. “Because the rowhomes are new designs, buyers couldn’t see models of the plans anywhere else, not to mention the fact that it’s rare to find new-construction rowhomes of this size in an established neighborhood like Jefferson Park.”

The development has passed the 25 percent sold mark, according to Mankedick. To help buyers envision their own furnishings in a rowhome at Concord at Jefferson Park, the builder shows one model finished but without furniture. And for buyers looking for design inspiration, the second model is fully decorated.

The homes feature GE appliances, nine-foot ceiling heights on first floors, fireplaces, hardwood floors in living and dining areas and oak railings.

The Concord at Jefferson Park “Welcome Home Center” is located at 4933 W. Lawrence.
