A couple of new North Side developments have popped up on our radar recently, like Catalpa Manor (pictured) in Andersonville. The condo conversion, located at 1408 W Catalpa Ave, has 12 two-bedroom units with sun rooms, and some have dens. Prices start in the $220s.
CBM Partners’ Hoyne! Condominiums (the absurd exclamation point is theirs, of course) is located at 6410 N Hoyne Ave in Rogers Park… er, Rogers Park! Yay, that’s the spirit! The rehabbed courtyard building will have 16 “soft loft” condos with exposed brick walls, Brazillian cherry floors, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances! Units have two or three bedrooms, and prices range from the $210s to the $260s!
