Guess what, guess what? In Sunday’s paper RMI Development busted out an ad for the luxury high-rise development it’s planning for the old Columbus Hospital site at 2520 N Lakeview Ave, in Lincoln Park. The project, which RMI is calling Lincoln Park 2520, has been a long time coming: American Invsco got off to a bad start and had to sell the three-acre site earlier this year. The developer is taking reservations for the project, which was designed by Lucien Lagrange. The ad promotes the development’s views of the lake across North Pond and its sidelong views of the downtown skyline. No further details were given but Yo’s truly will keep you posted.
