I know that many Yo readers don’t seem to have a problem with buildings that aren’t set back from the street, but I’m not a fan of them and I wonder how many people would consider buying a bungalow pressed against the sidewalk like this. It’s selling in the $360s on the 3400-block of Emerald Avenue in Bridgeport. I think they’re going to have to drop their price a little.
