I knew there were better pictures floating around out there. In my last post about 2800 Lincoln, I included what appeared to be an unfinished rendering of the building’s exterior. Joe Magliochetti of Helios Realty and Development shot me an e-mail last night with some retouched images of the green condo project at 2800 N Lincoln Ave in Lake View.
They aren’t really any different than the one I posted before, and yes, a lot of these pics have been available (albeit in much lower resolution) since Helios updated the project’s Web site. For those of you who desire some full-color, high-res detail in your conceptual art, however, these newer images should give you a better idea of how the building should look on a fine summer day, when leaves are lush and fuel-efficient cars are on the prowl.
