It is a truth universally acknowledged that a Lonely Victorian must be in want of two burly condo developments. The Urban Politician and other fans of unchivalrous architecture will be glad to see that our Lonely Victorian, which is located on the 3100 block of North Sheffield Avenue, will never be alone again; her dance card has been well and truly filled. Oh, the indignity of it all! To her left is a small development of condos and to her right is The Residences at The Vic, which is filling in the streetwall of Sheffield Avenue. That should please the U.P., too.
