An affiliate of Belgravia Group has recently taken over the unsold units at 433 W. Briar, in Chicago’s Lake View neighborhood, and begun a makeover of the common areas and a sales program.

After taking over, the new group reduced prices substantially. Three-bedrooms are being offered from the $500s and 2-bedrooms from the $330s.
