In Chicago, the rich as well as the poor are free to kick off their shoes and nap in Lincoln Park on a sunny day.

The rich were nowhere in sight when I took this shot yesterday morning, but several dozen affluent-looking pre-schoolers were just beyond the bench, enjoying the day.
