Logan Square has seen its fair share of the housing action with developments like the 24-unit ArmitEDGE and Logan View Condominiums, a 78-unit conversion and new-construction development that fills an entire block of West Fullerton Street. Now Koenig & Strey has started marketing two new condo conversions in the Square. Concorde Development is at the helm for both the Flats of Armitage, 3031 W Armitage Ave, and Flats of Logan, 2710 N Kedzie Ave.
According to Koenig & Strey, both developments have been gut-rehabbed and have new interiors. Flats of Armitage has 15 units with two or three bedrooms, priced from the $230s to the $320s. Flats of Logan has 13 units with two or three bedrooms, and prices range from the $240s to the $340s.
