I spent yesterday afternoon in Park West, the Lincoln Park “neighborhood-in-a-neighborhood” bounded by the lake, Fullerton Avenue, Halsted Street and Diversey Parkway.
Judging by the signs I saw outside some buildings and ads I’ve come across in the paper and online in recent weeks, it seems like there’s a decent amount of new construction and rehab activity going on within the relatively small area. What follows are the homes I came across during my walk. (I’m fudging just a bit and including a couple of developments from the western side of Halsted, but they seem close enough to count.)
