Find Your Place in Chicago is a housing initiative sponsored by the City of Chicago and The Partnership for New Communities, in which buyers at participating developments can qualify for incentives like money for down payment and closing costs, free upgrades, financial assistance from employers, and federal tax credits. All of the new and rehabbed condos, townhouses and single-family homes participating in the program are priced from $150,000 to $450,000, although some developments have large units selling well into the $900s.
