Museum Park Place South, the “budget-priced” option among The Enterprise Companies‘ latest towers, looks like it’s ready for business. But its ground-level townhomes? Not so much. And they won’t get any closer without construction crews on site.
I recently looked at Museum Park Place South with Appraisal Research Counselors‘ market observations in mind. It’s the first day of September, which means these homes should be ready to close. We’ll keep a close eye on this one in the coming weeks to see if they do.
Museum Park Place South, located at 1901 S Calumet Ave in the South Loop, has one- to three-bedroom homes priced from the $290s to $590s.
