In early December 2010, Belgravia Group held a holiday-themed brokers open house at its two-tower 600 Lake Shore Drive development in Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood. Joe Askins of YoChicago.com asked Royal Fisher of Belgravia to give an update on the pace of sales at 600. According to Royal, condos in the towers have been selling steadily, and closeout is nearing, but opportunities still exist for customization on a select few units.
