When Joe Zekas visited MCL Companies‘ ParkView, 505 N McClurg Ct, in December, he shot some video in unit 2403, a three-bedroom / 2.5-bath condo on the building’s 24th floor. Three-bedrooms are nice, if you can afford it, but the homes that are in greater abundance in the 48-story high-rise are the two-bedroom / two-baths.
Seventeen two-bedroom / two-baths are currently listed on the MLS, including four resales, that are priced from the $510s to $1.93 million. Five of those homes are developer units in the 01 tier, located on floors 2, 13, 24, 38, and 47, and there’s also a resale listed on the fourth floor. According to the listings, the homes in the 01 tier have 1,196 square feet of livable space, and although they aren’t corner units, the shape of the building creates some extra window space in the living area, which can be seen in the photo at the top of this post.
ParkView has its own Flickr account, and MCL has posted a handful of photos of each of the model units on the Flickr photostream, along with floor plans. All of these photos in this post are of the 01 tier model model that were taken from ParkView’s Flickr page.
