Chicago Architecture dubbed The Parker, 730 W Couch Pl, a “wonderfully-curved residential tower,” and that it is. Booth Hansen, the award-winning architects for The Parker, described it as having a “dynamic form,” and that it does.

Apartments will have high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, in-unit washer / dryers, plank flooring, and a choice of finish packages.
The Parker’s extensive amenities will include a sun terrace with an outdoor pool, a fitness center, a Fitness-on-Demand private room, a business center, a lounge with a coffee bar, a media room, and an indoor / outdoor rooftop lounge.
The pet-friendly building will have a dog walk, indoor bike parking, resident storage, covered parking with electric vehicle chargers, and online-concierge service.
