Prudential Rubloff’s Francesca Rose, a Streeterville expert, re-introduced me to the John Hancock Building with a tour of the common areas and a high-floor unit.
In this segment of our video tour we visit a recently-renovated southeast corner unit on the 76th floor. This is one of the few tiers in the Hancock where the living room has two exposures. The unit is priced at $799k relatively low for a view-unit of this size in Streeterville.
The Hancock, designed by architect Bruce Graham and structural engineer Fazlur Khan, is an iconic presence in Chicago.
