Buzz Ruttenberg, founder of Belgravia Group and developer of 600 Lake Shore Drive, on the other hand, is outgoing, friendly and consistently sociable with everyone from the maintenance staff to prospective buyers.
When we walked into the design center at 600 Lake Shore Drive Buzz introduced himself to Janet Smith, who had just bought a unit and was selecting her finishes. Buzz and I asked Janet if she’d talk to us about why she chose 600, and she graciously agreed.
