When we last spoke with architect Lucien Lagrange about Ten East Delaware, he emphasized the importance of layout in the design of any high-rise condo. “All of us in our life want comfort,” he says. “When we come home, we want a place that is our own and is comfortable. Some places can be aggressive. That’s exactly what we try not to do.”
We recently received some interior shots of a model unit showing the living room, kitchen and one of the bathrooms. According to Lagrange, the rooms “respond to a more sophisticated, elegant lifestyle through the layout.”
