Last fall, we showed you floor plans and renderings of The Brixton Group‘s C/A 23, a five-story condo building planned in the West Loop. Here are a few photos of a furnished model. We dig the slick black cabinets, which according to Brixton’s Web site are made by Pedini.
The 48 units at C/A 23 have two to four bedrooms and range from 1,900 to 4,000 square feet. Features include 11- to 18-foot ceiling heights, floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies or private yards. Prices start in the $660s, according to AtProperties, which is marketing the project. FitzGerald Associates Architects designed C/A 23’s two buildings, located at 23 N Aberdeen.
