Rokas International‘s 2100 is an unusual hybrid: a four-story timber loft conversion that adjoins a 27-story glass high-rise. Loft units (pictured) feature 14-foot ceiling heights, exposed brick, granite counters, Grohe faucets and stainless steel appliances.
The project, at 2100 S Indiana Ave in the South Loop, was more than 15 percent sold last we checked several weeks ago. Prices ranged from the $190s to $1.4 million.
