Toward the end of a tour of Clarendon Hills, Mike McCurry stopped to show me a 5-year old home in Hinsdale that originally sold for $2.675 million and is currently being offered by a relo company for $1,830,000. In McCurry’s words — and he’s a 20-year veteran of real estate in the area — “it’s one of those screaming deals.”
