Despite her decades of selling unique properties Coldwell Banker’s Meladee Hughes was surprised by the media attention focused on the Ferris Bueller home.
The home is temporarily off the market while it’s undergoing some renovation. “It will be back, and it will be beautiful and we’ll be inviting everyone to come see it again,” says Meladee.
Meladee noted that, as with the Home Alone home, media visibility doesn’t necessarily sell homes. In the video, she sketches her passion for unusual homes that have a story behind them and that are of high quality.
