This is unedited footage from a 90-minute helicopter ride around Chicago — from Hyde Park to Wilmette. In this segment we start with a wide-angle lakefront view of downtown Chicago and head inland for a view from the north. We switched lenses for a closer look at downtown on later fly-arounds.
Joe and Jordan Zekas and our ace photographer Michael Kardas took off from Schaumburg earlier today and buzzed around Chicagoland, circling and going over the Loop half a dozen times along the way.
