YoChicago had a very pleasant lunch today with Deena Zimmerman of Metro Chicago Real Estate and Kate Clapp, of Stewart Title of Illinois. The dynamic duo are the founders of YREP – Young Real Estate Professionals – a group devoted to helping forward-looking industry types (in sales, mortgage, title, etc.) network and make connections. We’ll be posting more about YREP on our industry site, YoChicago agents.
Meanwhile, we promised a plug for Metro Chicago Real Estate’s sales agents’ tour of Evanston developments on Tuesday, Feb. 27. Interested agents should register on Tuesday at Design within Reach, 1710 Sherman Ave, in Evanston for a bus tour that will take in new-construction projects including, Asbury Ridge, Grand Bend at Greenbay and Winthrop Club. The tour concludes back at Design within Reach with a cocktail reception.
