Continuing our look at Northwest Side courtyard building condo conversions, here’s a look at Kimball Park (left) and Avers Court, two buildings with some of the larger courtyards we’ve seen. The wider courtyards on these buildings should allow for some more sunlight in interior-facing condos, but there’s still not quite enough room for a parking lot. Kimball Park has 24 two-bedroom units priced from the $230s to the $290s, and Avers Court has 31 two-bedroom units (some with dens) priced from the $180s to the $270s.
