We’re not crazy about the balconies at Rezmar Development’s River Park North project, on the 2700 block of West Irving. They have the feel of addenda on those squarish white bays, but we will say this for them, and for the sliding glass doors on the ground level: they engage the street in a way that’s refreshing after endless insular townhouse projects that turned blank walls to their neighborhoods.
Lots of people apparently like the design and the riverfront location. Only five three-bedroom townhouses remain for sale, priced from the $650s to the $750s.
