Beginning a tour of the Hancock Building
The John Hancock Building, designed by architect Bruce Graham and structural engineer Fazlur Khan, is an iconic presence in Chicago.

Prudential Rubloff’s Francesca Rose, a Streeterville expert, re-introduced me to the building with a tour of the common areas and a high-floor unit.

In this part of our tour we meet in the street-level lobby and check out the view from the 44th floor mezzanine lobby. The residences at the Hancock start above this level.
