The safe money is on the studio units being the only ones priced in the $80s, but we can’t check out the floor plans because Habitat’s Web site requires gobs of personal information before letting readers through the golden gates to a glorious land where floor plans can be viewed at will. At least one YoChicago reader, Devyn, sees this as a deal-breaker. When will brokers learn?
