We posted recently on some of Bronzeville’s seedier spots. The 3300 block of Indiana Avenue, nearby in The Gap neighborhood, appears to be a very different story. We stopped by a couple of weeks ago and snapped these photos of well-kept houses, including Lord Manor Condominiums, a rehab at 3330 S Indiana Ave. Say what you will about the decision to keep the beige vinyl siding on the facade, the building looks a lot better than it did a year ago.
