With all the perfectly fine derelict storefronts available in Wicker Park, I have to wonder how much coin designer boutique Futurgarb, located at 1359 N Milwaukee Ave, laid out to make its brand-new facade look as run-down as it does. A fitting statement, I guess, from a place that probably sells $100 jeans with the holes already in them.
