We’ve been spending some time in Bucktown lately, and it looks like the dormant Wabansia Row construction site isn’t the only one of its kind in the neighborhood. Construction on the loft conversion planned for 2105 W Concord Pl has been delayed while developer Stillpoint works on another project.
A Jameson Realty Group agent told us construction would resume in a month or so, with a planned delivery of September. For now, the building is serving as a canvas for graffiti artists and home to a certain existential turtle. The completed project will house seven loft-style condos with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Prices range from the $420s to the $530s, and two units have already been sold.
