Centrum Properties is planning a mixed-use development with condos atop a retail base at the intersection of Belmont, Ashland and Lincoln avenues in Lake View. The developer — which recently began advertising The St. Clair, the second high-rise to be built at Cityfront Plaza, and started sales at The Lofts at Roosevelt Collection — will open a sales center at 3126 N Ashland Ave in March, said Centrum’s Nick Stocking. The six-story building will have 131 loft-style condos with one or two bedrooms (some with dens), and prices range from the $300s to the $550s.
