Here’s one more reason to like Cornelia Court, New Homes Magazine‘s best new townhome development of 2007: the remaining units in phase two are available for $10,000 to $20,000 off, according to developer Anchor General Construction. The townhouses, which are ready for immediate occupancy, range from $475,000 to $649,900.

Also, for a limited time 31 units in the third and fourth phases are discounted $10,000. Those prices range from $480,000 to $659,000.

The incentives are part of the kick-off for Cornelia Court’s third phase, now under construction. A grand opening of a decorated model will take place May 19 and Sunday, May 20.

The 63-unit development sits on a roughly 2.5-acre plot at Cornelia and Sacramento avenues in Avondale. The brick townhomes, set off with copper bays, surround a courtyard of more than 10,000 square feet.

Units have two to four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 baths, family rooms and two-car garages. The interiors are finished with Canac cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors in the living areas.
