Buyers at PAC Lofts in Bucktown can for a limited time get a year of free assessments or a $3,000 closing credit, according to sales director Brent Hall of Real Living Helios Realty. As we mentioned a couple of days ago, Real Living took over the marketing of PAC Lofts in February. The project, developed by Bond Companies and CG Development Group, has been on the market since 2005, Hall says. So far it’s about 65 percent sold.
PAC Lofts comprises 95 units in three buildings. Most of the lofts on the market currently have two bedrooms and two baths and range in price from the $350s to the $420s. Two penthouse units range from the $840s to $1 million.
