If the words “for a limited time” send you racing for your wallet, relax: Townhomes on the Square, on Lincoln Avenue just north of the Lincoln Square shopping strip, is still offering a free Viking appliances upgrade for a limited time. We first posted last October about this deal. According to an ad in Sunday’s Chicago Tribune, it’s still good.
Townhomes on the Square’s 31 “prairie-style” townhouses, developed by New Haven Homes, come with a standard stainless steel appliance package. Other features include Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, granite counters and two-car garages. Prices start at $499,000. New Haven’s Web site says the project’s first phase is 50 percent sold – something else that hasn’t changed, at least online, since October.
