Closeouts: two units remain at P / H's The Brighton

Since architectural firm Pappageorge / Haymes caught some flack in a recent post about Vision on State, we thought we’d take a gander at the firm’s smaller, stunning contemporary Lake View condo building The Brighton, where there are still a couple of remaining units being closed out by developer JP Stellas Properties. In a neighborhood where quasi-classical usually trumps contemporary, we’re happy to see a modern mid-rise in dialogue with the vintage red-brick buildings surrounding it. Two remaining units at The Brighton are priced from the $780s to the $800s.
