Yesterday morning I mentioned that Chieftain Group was nearing completion on Lexington Park Condominiums‘ mid-rise “loft” building at the corner of Cermak Road and Michigan Avenue in the South Loop. Here’s what that building (in the foreground) and its accompanying high-rise at 2138 S Indiana Ave looked like yesterday afternoon.
