Stillpoint Development‘s Mod, 1222 – 1224 W Madison St, is a project that we’ve kept an eye on over the months. Construction began last October and slowed due to the cold winter weather. According to a post from February, first deliveries are expected at the end of the year or in the beginning of 2009. The last we checked, about half of the units in Mod had been sold.
Mod represents a departure from the standard brick-and-steel design that is characteristic of some of Stillpoint’s other developments, like Marquette Row, Halsted Row and The Chelsea. I’ll be interested to see how the finished product stacks up against the rendering (below).
Prices at Mod run from the $280s to the $490s.
