It’s been a few months since we’ve gotten an updated photo of Mesirow Financial Real Estate‘s R+D659, so I pulled over and snapped this photo from Desplaines Street while passing through the West Loop this afternoon.
It looks like the 15-story, Brininstool + Lynch-designed high-rise is topped out, and last we checked, deliveries are scheduled to begin in the fourth quarter of this year. Price points for R+D659’s 237 condominiums are from the $270s to the $750s.
