How many differences can you see in these two pictures of Trio‘s tower, located at 670 W Wayman St? One was shot about six weeks ago; we snapped the other after leaving K Station last Wednesday.
No, we still haven’t learned what’s going on over there, but given all the turmoil we’ve seen at other unfinished developments, it’s not too hard to come up with an idea or two. Back in the day, the tower’s 100 units were priced from the $270s for a 747 square-foot one-bedroom to $1.3 million for a 3,500 square-foot penthouse.
